Most GLP-1 apps track your shots. Ellie plans what happens after them.

On average, people regain about two thirds of the weight within a year of stopping a GLP-1. That average assumed no plan. Ellie is built for the moment the medication stops doing the holding: an insurance denial, a stretched dose, a prescriber who agreed to try less, or a last pen months ago.

Inside: a week-by-week After Plan mapped to your last dose and grounded in published research. Food Noise SOS, a ten-minute protocol for when the cravings come back. A Drift Alarm that watches your 7-day average instead of this morning's number. Protein and strength targets set from your goal weight. An estimate of how much medication is still on board. And a community of people who stopped around the same time you did.

Ellie never suggests a dose or a change to your medication. It records what you and your prescriber decided.

Built for semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, and compounded GLP-1s.
